Our warranty covers 30 days for Standard and Supreme Non O-ring chain; 6 months
for Performance O-ring and Premium X-ring chain from the date of purchase that
AZA Chains are free from defects in material or workmanship. All warranty claims
must be made to the original dealer where the chain was purchased, and purchaser
must return the AZA Chain and proof of purchase to the original dealer in order for t
he warranty to apply. The dealer will file claims with the authorized AZA Chain
distributor from whom the chain was purchased.

AZA’s sole liability shall be for manufacturing defects in material and workmanship
in the chains. AZA’s sole obligation under the express warranties made herein shall
be to replace the defective chain. In no event shall AZA have any liability whatsoever
for any personal injury or property damage caused by defects in the chain and in no
event shall AZA be liable for any monetary damages, including compensatory,
consequential, incidental, special and/or punitive damages.

Our warranty is not applicable in any of the following cases:

1.  Use in competitive events.
2.  Use on motorcycles that have been modified.
3.  Improper installment.
4.  Maintenance neglect including but not limited to lack of or
improper lubrication, sprocket misalignment, and improper
chain adjustment.
